Ria Chekuri, a licensed Broker/Owner of Goldstone California Realty, brings two decades of real estate expertise to the forefront. Specializing in 1031 exchanges, trustee sales, investment properties, leasing, and fix-and-flip ventures, Ria serves a diverse clientele of home buyers, sellers, and seasoned investors, many of whom own multiple properties.

Ria's work with buyers offers her a distinct perspective on their needs, desires, and financial capacities. Reflecting on her experiences, she recognized a significant gap in the market: many clients approaching retirement struggled to find homes that matched their desired lifestyle. Driven by this insight, Ria embarked on a mission to address this critical need. After a few years of research, events, surveys and engaging in group discussions with prospective buyers, she founded Om Communities, aiming to create custom-designed communities that provide comfort and convenience tailored to a specific lifestyle.
 

Ria resides in Yorba Linda, California, with her husband, Chuck, and their children.
